Sipnayan is an inter-school mathematics competition for grade school, high school and college students. Organized by the Ateneo Mathematics Society, the competition brings together some of the country's top students and engages them in a battle of mathematical wits.

 

        The Ateneo Mathematics Society (AMS) wishes to achieve its goal of promoting mathematical excellence through an avenue of friendly competition among schools in the Metro Manila area. Sipnayan will serve as a venue for honing and celebrating mathematical skills of math enthusiasts all over the region. The success of such a competition will speak of Ateneans’ commitment towards fostering a culture of excellence in the community. In line with such goal, the competition aims to bring more students to join Sipnayan every year.
